GridGrade is a power-systems education app that runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
No accounts. No sign-in. No analytics. No advertising. No third-party SDKs. No servers. The only outside connection GridGrade ever makes is to Apple's own App Store for the one-time purchase — nothing else about you leaves your device.
None. GridGrade does not ask for, gather, or receive any personal information — no name, email, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage analytics.
Any custom power grid you build in the freeform editor is saved locally on your device by the app. It stays on your device, is never uploaded anywhere, and is removed if you delete the app. There is no cloud sync and no account to lose access to.
GridGrade's full scenario library and freeform editor unlock with a single one-time purchase, processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment or card details — Apple handles the transaction and shares only your purchase status with the app, the same as any other App Store purchase.
Every scenario is solved on your device. GridGrade does not connect to any server to run a power-flow solve, has no advertising, and — outside of the App Store purchase itself — makes no network connections at all.
GridGrade is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to disclose, sell, or share.
We do not share data with third parties, because we do not collect any. Apple's own privacy practices govern the purchase transaction itself — see Apple's privacy policy for details on that part.
