Software we build, ship, and run ourselves

Zavola isn't only an engagement model — we operate our own products end to end, from first commit through App Store review, production infrastructure, and support. Four are live on the App Store today; two more — Workbeam, a full team platform for construction drawings, and the platform behind our utility-cost work — are in active development.

Live on the App Store

Four consumer iOS apps, all free to download with an optional Pro tier or one-time unlock — built, released, and operated in-house. The same hands that ship these build the custom applications our clients run.

Progresa

An AI strength coach that acts

A strength-training app whose coach does more than give advice — it proposes concrete changes to your programming and applies them. Sessions, progressions, and plans adapt around what you actually lifted, not what was written six weeks ago.

  • Adaptive programming that responds to your logged sets
  • An AI coach that proposes and applies changes, not just chat
  • Free to use; Pro and Trainer tiers unlock AI coaching

PainPal

An endometriosis symptom diary

A symptom, cycle, and daily-factor diary for people managing endometriosis. It turns months of scattered entries into patterns you can actually see — and bring to an appointment. A record-keeping and pattern-spotting tool, not a diagnostic one.

  • Log symptoms, cycle, food, and daily factors in seconds
  • AI analysis surfaces correlations across months of entries
  • Free to use; Pro unlocks the AI analysis

Gantix

A real Gantt-chart project planner

A project planner for iPhone and iPad with an actual Gantt chart — automatic critical path, all four dependency types, and conflict detection, not just another checklist. Describe a project in a sentence and AI drafts the task graph; everything stays on-device unless you turn on sync.

  • Gantt timeline with automatic critical path, float, and working-day scheduling
  • AI drafts a task graph and timeline from a one-sentence description
  • Free to use on up to 3 projects; Pro unlocks unlimited projects, sync, and PDF export

GridGrade

A real power-flow solver, not a simplified toy

A power-systems education app built on a real AC/DC power-flow solver — the same Newton-Raphson math used to operate real electrical grids. Load a scenario from a hand-built tutorial up to published IEEE benchmark cases, run N-1 contingency screening across every line, or take one down yourself and watch real trip logic decide what happens next — including whether it cascades.

  • A genuine iterative power-flow solver — nothing here is faked or approximated
  • Three reading levels: Technical, Plain-language, and Child
  • Free tutorials and the full N-1/cascade toolkit; a $12.99 one-time unlock adds real IEEE benchmark cases and a freeform grid editor

Workbeam

A Bluebeam-style markup & measurement platform for construction drawings

A full PDF markup, measurement, and calibration platform for construction teams — upload a sheet, calibrate it to a real-world scale, then take length, area, perimeter, volume, and count measurements and mark it up with a professional toolset: shapes, callouts, clouds, stamps, threaded comments, equipment placement, and electrical cable/conduit runs. Documents, revisions, and sheet sets are shared across a team with org- and role-based access. Currently in private pilot with a small group of construction firms.

  • Calibrate, measure, and mark up drawings with a full professional toolset
  • Revisions, sheet sets, and side-by-side revision comparison
  • Team accounts with org- and role-based access, not a single-user tool

Zavola (the platform)

The utility-cost and fleet-operations work, productized

The engagement work that keeps recurring — utility bill ingestion and discrepancy detection, EV charging and depot operations, tariff modeling, and the relationship data around them — being built into one platform instead of rebuilt per client. It is in active development and not yet generally available.

  • Automated bill ingestion, validation, and discrepancy detection
  • EV charging sites, depots, and fleet operations in one view
  • Tariff modeling and cost-recovery workflows
